Tracy Reid was born in San Diego, California. She was educated at Fullerton College, at Pierce College under Milton Herschel and Walter Smith, and at UCLA. She has also studied with nationally recognized watercolorists Gerald Brommer, Tom Nicholas, Judi Betts, Maxine Masterfield, George Labadie and others
Tracy Reid’s paintings vibrate with an exuberance that is her own. She uses her mastery of the medium of watercolor and others to share her joy in the beauty she sees everywhere around her. Reid’s works are coveted in extensive private and public collections throughout the world. Her works have been previously published in the United States by Portal Publications and in Europe by Verkerke. Additionally, her work has appeared in the magazine “Watercolor Magic” and in the book “The One Hour Watercolorist” by Patrick Sesslar.
